These Terms of Service govern your use of Rhyme Art’s English language teaching services and website rhymeart.com. By booking a lesson or creating an account, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
Rhyme Art is an online English language teaching service operated from Poland. For any questions regarding these terms, contact us at: admin@rhymeart.com
2. Services
Rhyme Art provides one-on-one online English language lessons conducted via Microsoft Teams. Each lesson is 60 minutes in duration. Lesson materials and resources are shared via Google Docs and through The Library, our student resource section available to all enrolled students.
We reserve the right to adjust the format, scheduling, or content of lessons where reasonably necessary, and will communicate any significant changes to affected students in advance.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Polish Złoty (PLN). Current lesson rates are:
- Single lesson: 70 PLN per 60 minutes
- 5-lesson package: 68 PLN per lesson (340 PLN total)
- 10-lesson package: 65 PLN per lesson (650 PLN total)
For students paying in a currency other than PLN, Stripe will apply their current exchange rate at the time of payment. The final amount charged in your local currency may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations. Rhyme Art is not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect lessons already paid for.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By completing a payment you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson without penalty. Lessons cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be considered as taken and will not be refunded or carried over.
In the event that Rhyme Art needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, we will notify you as soon as possible and the lesson will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time or credited to your account.
6. Refund Policy
Refund requests for unused lessons must be submitted to admin@rhymeart.com. Refunds are calculated as follows:
Single lessons: Single lessons are non-refundable once the lesson has taken place.
5-lesson packages: If you wish to cancel a 5-lesson package before completing all lessons, the lessons already taken will be charged at the single lesson rate of 70 PLN each. The remaining balance will be refunded.
10-lesson packages:
- If fewer than 5 lessons have been taken, all taken lessons are charged at the single lesson rate of 70 PLN each. The remaining balance is refunded.
- If exactly 5 lessons have been taken, those 5 lessons are charged at the 5-lesson package rate of 68 PLN each. The remaining balance is refunded.
- If 6 or more lessons have been taken, the first 5 are charged at 68 PLN each and any additional lessons are charged at the single lesson rate of 70 PLN each. The remaining balance is refunded.
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are counted as taken for the purposes of refund calculations. Refunds are processed via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
7. Student Accounts
Each student is provided with one personal account. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared with other individuals. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through Rhyme Art — including but not limited to lesson documents, worksheets, and resources available in The Library — are the intellectual property of Rhyme Art. These materials are provided for your personal use as part of the teaching service and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or used for any other purpose without our written permission.
9. Student Conduct
We expect all students to engage respectfully and in good faith during lessons. Rhyme Art reserves the right to terminate a student’s account and discontinue services without refund in cases of abusive, threatening, or otherwise unacceptable behaviour.
10. Limitation of Liability
Rhyme Art provides its services with care and professionalism. However, we cannot guarantee specific language learning outcomes, as progress depends on many individual factors including the student’s effort and commitment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhyme Art’s liability in connection with these services is limited to the amount paid for the lessons in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered students via email. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version will always be available on this page.

Niniejszy Regulamin określa zasady korzystania z usług nauczania języka angielskiego świadczonych przez Rhyme Art oraz strony internetowej rhymeart.com. Rezerwując lekcję lub tworząc konto, wyrażasz zgodę na niniejsze warunki. Prosimy o dokładne zapoznanie się z nimi.

2. Zakres usług
Rhyme Art świadczy indywidualne lekcje języka angielskiego online, prowadzone za pośrednictwem Microsoft Teams. Każda lekcja trwa 60 minut. Materiały i zasoby lekcyjne są udostępniane za pośrednictwem Google Docs oraz Biblioteki — sekcji zasobów dla studentów dostępnej dla wszystkich zapisanych uczniów.
Zastrzegamy sobie prawo do dostosowania formatu, harmonogramu lub treści lekcji w uzasadnionych przypadkach. O wszelkich istotnych zmianach będziemy informować studentów z wyprzedzeniem.
3. Cennik
Wszystkie ceny podane są w polskich złotych (PLN). Aktualne stawki za lekcje:
- Pojedyncza lekcja: 70 PLN za 60 minut
- Pakiet 5 lekcji: 68 PLN za lekcję (łącznie 340 PLN)
- Pakiet 10 lekcji: 65 PLN za lekcję (łącznie 650 PLN)
W przypadku płatności w walucie innej niż PLN, Stripe zastosuje aktualny kurs wymiany w momencie dokonania płatności. Ostateczna kwota naliczona w walucie lokalnej może nieznacznie się różnić ze względu na wahania kursów walut. Rhyme Art nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za dodatkowe opłaty naliczane przez bank lub wystawcę karty.
Ceny mogą ulec zmianie. Zmiany cen nie dotyczą lekcji już opłaconych.
4. Płatności
Płatność jest wymagana w całości w momencie dokonania rezerwacji. Wszystkie płatności są przetwarzane bezpiecznie za pośrednictwem Stripe. Nie przechowujemy danych Twojej karty płatniczej. Dokonując płatności, potwierdzasz, że jesteś uprawniony/a do korzystania z podanej metody płatności.
5. Odwoływanie i przenoszenie lekcji
Wymagamy co najmniej 24-godzinnego wyprzedzenia przy odwoływaniu lub przenoszeniu lekcji bez konsekwencji finansowych. Lekcje odwołane lub przeniesione z wyprzedzeniem krótszym niż 24 godziny są traktowane jako odbyte i nie podlegają zwrotowi ani przeniesieniu.
W przypadku konieczności odwołania lekcji przez Rhyme Art, poinformujemy Cię możliwie jak najszybciej, a lekcja zostanie przeniesiona na wspólnie ustalony termin lub zaksięgowana jako kredyt na Twoim koncie.
6. Polityka zwrotów
Wnioski o zwrot za niewykorzystane lekcje należy kierować na adres admin@rhymeart.com. Zwroty są obliczane w następujący sposób:
Pojedyncze lekcje: Pojedyncze lekcje nie podlegają zwrotowi po ich odbyciu.
Pakiety 5 lekcji: W przypadku rezygnacji z pakietu 5 lekcji przed jego ukończeniem, odbyte lekcje są rozliczane według stawki za pojedynczą lekcję (70 PLN każda). Pozostała kwota zostaje zwrócona.
Pakiety 10 lekcji:
- Jeśli odbyto mniej niż 5 lekcji, wszystkie odbyte lekcje są rozliczane według stawki za pojedynczą lekcję (70 PLN każda). Pozostała kwota zostaje zwrócona.
- Jeśli odbyto dokładnie 5 lekcji, są one rozliczane według stawki pakietu 5-lekcyjnego (68 PLN każda). Pozostała kwota zostaje zwrócona.
- Jeśli odbyto 6 lub więcej lekcji, pierwsze 5 jest rozliczanych według stawki 68 PLN każda, a każda kolejna według stawki za pojedynczą lekcję (70 PLN). Pozostała kwota zostaje zwrócona.
Lekcje odwołane z wyprzedzeniem krótszym niż 24 godziny są traktowane jako odbyte na potrzeby obliczania zwrotów. Zwroty są realizowane za pośrednictwem Stripe i mogą pojawić się na koncie w ciągu 5–10 dni roboczych.
7. Konta studentów
Każdy student otrzymuje jedno osobiste konto. Konta są niezbywalne i nie mogą być udostępniane innym osobom. Jesteś odpowiedzialny/a za zachowanie poufności swoich danych logowania. Prosimy o natychmiastowe powiadomienie nas w przypadku podejrzenia nieautoryzowanego dostępu do konta.
8. Własność intelektualna
Wszystkie materiały udostępniane przez Rhyme Art — w tym między innymi dokumenty lekcyjne, ćwiczenia oraz zasoby dostępne w Bibliotece — stanowią własność intelektualną Rhyme Art. Materiały te są udostępniane do osobistego użytku w ramach usługi nauczania i nie mogą być kopiowane, udostępniane, dystrybuowane ani wykorzystywane w żadnym innym celu bez naszej pisemnej zgody.
9. Zachowanie studenta
Oczekujemy, że wszyscy studenci będą uczestniczyć w lekcjach z szacunkiem i w dobrej wierze. Rhyme Art zastrzega sobie prawo do zamknięcia konta studenta i zaprzestania świadczenia usług bez zwrotu kosztów w przypadku obraźliwego, agresywnego lub innego niedopuszczalnego zachowania.
10. Ograniczenie odpowiedzialności
Rhyme Art świadczy swoje usługi z należytą starannością i profesjonalizmem. Nie możemy jednak gwarantować konkretnych efektów nauki języka, ponieważ postępy zależą od wielu indywidualnych czynników, w tym od zaangażowania i wysiłku studenta. W maksymalnym zakresie dozwolonym przez prawo, odpowiedzialność Rhyme Art w związku z tymi usługami jest ograniczona do kwoty zapłaconej za dane lekcje.
11. Prawo właściwe
Niniejszy Regulamin podlega prawu polskiemu. Wszelkie spory wynikające z niniejszych warunków lub związane z naszymi usługami podlegają jurysdykcji właściwych sądów polskich.
12. Zmiany Regulaminu
Niniejszy Regulamin może być od czasu do czasu aktualizowany. O wszelkich istotnych zmianach zarejestrowani studenci zostaną poinformowani drogą mailową. Dalsze korzystanie z naszych usług po wprowadzeniu zmian oznacza akceptację zaktualizowanych warunków. Aktualna wersja będzie zawsze dostępna na tej stronie.
